NISSAN PAVILION OPPORTUNITIES:

ARAMARK is desperately looking for some Non-Alcohol Volunteers!
If you group has any teenagers 16+, this is an excellent opportunity for them to come out and support the cause. Nissan pays a +8% premium for any Non-alcohol Volunteer sales. I am in the process of getting more information. 
 
If you know of an athlete this is 16+, please forward me their email.  They will need to also commit to 6 events.  Their percentage and earnings are seperate from Alcohol Volunteers.

 
Training:
You need to attend two mandatory trainings.  One is TIPS and the other is Operations training.  TIPS certifies you for three years to ba able to serve alcohol at events.  It is about 2.5 to 3 hours.  You will then take a test to receive your certification.  Operations training is held at Nissan and details how events operate.  Attached is the training schedule that is available.  Please select two training dates if you wish to participate.  One training date from TIPS and the other from Operations.  There are NO TIPS trainings scheduled at this time!

If you are TRAINING at Nissan, the location is:

All classes are currently being held back stage in the catering room.

Follow the signs into the VIP parking lot.

Follow the left fence line around until you pass through a gate into the
backstage area.

Pull up to and park in front of the loading dock.

Training is in the grey building on left of loading dock. 
 
Length of Training:
 
TIPS is between 2.5 -3 hours in length.
 
Operations is 2 hours with a .5 hour of Focus Training as well.
 
TIPS certifies you for three years and Focus is for one year.
 
Events Sign Up:

Your sign up is your committment to volunteer. If something should come up and you need to cancel your date, a 10 days advance notice is necessary.  We also need you to find a replacement if necessary.  If you cancel less than 10 days prior to the event and you haven't found a replacement volunteer, you will be charged a cancellation fee.  We need to have atleast four people signed up for each event in order to receive higher percentages.

Volunteer Compensation:
Each event that you volunteer, we earn a percentage of the profits.  The percentage is then divided amongst those who have volunteered.  Spirit Club will then grant your tuition account the monies earned.  You will not get "paid" for working.  Fundraised monies can't be awarded as cash or check.
 
You must be a Spirit Club Member in order to earn the grant for tuition.
